Je ne suis pas là pour être aimé

Ahir vaig anar amb l'Adrià al cinema per veure el que podria considerar-se com el cosí germà alegre de Whisky (per si encara no ho heu fet, podeu llegir la crítica que vaig fer en el seu dia aqui). La veritat és que la pel.lícula està bé...força bé, de fet. El problema és que vaig perdre alguns moments per culpa dels subtítols (a qui se li acudeix posar-los en blanc quan el fons també és clar...?) i perquè he d'admetre que ahir, en segons quins moments, el cap se m'en va anar a fer una volteta, tot i que va tornar just a temps per no perdre el fil (cosa no gaire difícil, perquè el film és molt fàcil de seguir, fins i tot si et despistes....algo així com el que passa amb aquestes sèries en què et pots perdre dos capítols, però tot i així, pots deduir el meollo mirant-ne el següent...bé, ja sabeu de què parlo, oi?). Potser si hagués de comparar amb les pel.lícules que he vist últimament, hauria de dir que em va agradar més la de De battre, mon coeur s'est arrêté.... mirat des de la llunyania, em fa l'efecte que aquesta última tenia un argument més sòlid... o més complex, segons com es miri.... però tot i així, Je ne suis pas là pour être aimé està molt bé per passar l'estona i mantenir l'esperança perquè, realment, l'amor pot aparèixer en el lloc més inesperat (i a vegades proper!).

Per cert, Adri.... jo NO crec que la cosa acabi com tu vas comentar a la sortida..... recordes les paraules de la secretària del Jean-Claude i el paper que va fer la Françoise davant de la seva família el dia dels preparatius de la boda....? Jo crec que el final no és ben bé com aparenta, nene....

Look what my boys have done for me...!

I've had a really GREAT time this last week hanging out with Kyle and Aaron every night since they arrived in Barcelona. It has been quite hard to handle at the end, maybe because I am young, but not that young! Arriving at home quite late, waking up early to go to a full-time work, going out, waking up early, going out again..... the first three days I felt really great, but on wednesday night I was completely off, although I really enjoyed a lot dancing at the Guru Lounge, a cool restaurant in Ciutat Vella that turns into a night club around midnight (see picture beyond to see it as a restaurant. Then imagine us dancing in the middle of the palms, without the tables, with a salsa group playing live and with the film Great Guy projected onto a huge screen -right, Aaron?-. Yeah, very fashion! jejeje) .

Here you have the draw that mis nenes did for me on monday night, while we were enjoying our Cocktail's time at the Rita Blue, one of my favourites restaurants in town!

I know the following picture is not very sharp, but if you are interested, you can try to look up the cockatils we had! Kyle: Caipiríssima, Aaron had Sex on the beach (jejeje) and Pijus, the tasty Grasshopper! (mmm....).

If you are reading this, Cristóbal and Pepe, (and I HOPE so!), I really think you should come back soon to Barcelona and we all should try ALL the cocktails of the list! (including the Cocktail of the month! And Aaron.... many of them are juice-based! Hoorray!).

The same day Kyle and Aaron left Barcelona, it started raining very hard... sure the city was sad because you weren't here, guys! ;-)
